Once your purchase has been confirmed and the file has been downloaded, refunds are not available, in accordance with digital product laws.
However, if you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, broken link, or download error), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at: contact@oudigi.com. We will provide you with a new download link.

For coaching services or personalized nutrition/fitness plans, refunds are not possible once the plan has been delivered.
If you wish to cancel before the plan has been created, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
